Returns
At Altered Sense, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you are interested in returning an unopened, unused product with fully intact packaging within 7 days of delivery, you may initiate a return request by contacting us at customercare@alteredsense.com with your order number. Once we receive the product, we will process a full refund to the original payment method. Please note that returns will only be accepted if labels and original packaging are fully intact and in a resellable condition. The customer is responsible for the cost of return shipping.
